Casa Tranquila is located within the prestigious, gated community, of Hacienda Pinilla! The home includes 3 bedrooms (1 king bed and 4 queen beds) all with their own en suite bathrooms, living room, dining room, TV room, kitchen, laundry, and two spacious outdoor terraces. There is a community pool and gym available for guests next to the home. In addition, Casa Tranquila comes with access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club for a nominal fee of $5/day per guest. At the beach club, there is a beachfront pool, gym, spa, and two restaurants.

Guests may also enjoy the restaurants at the JW Marriott hotel, a short 5 minute drive from the house. At Casa Tranquila you can visit Playa Langosta, Playa Mansita, Playa Avellanas, and Playa Pacifica. Hacienda Pinilla also boasts one of Costa Rica’s premier golf courses, has mountain bike trails, from beginner to expert, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and horseback riding.

Relax at the serene Los Malinches community pool just a short walk from your door, or head over to the lively Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club to enjoy its vibrant atmosphere and stunning beachfront. Hacienda Pinilla is a one-of-a-kind, 4,200-acre resort community—come and experience it for yourself!

To find the Los Malinches communal pool, head to the parking lot. Facing the lot, look to your left for a small rock path that leads directly to the pool area.

Please note that this unit includes one designated parking space. Guest parking will be available for your use during your stay.

Given the size of Hacienda Pinilla, we recommend stopping for groceries before you arrive—especially after a long travel day, when you may not feel like heading out again. Or let us know if you need help with ordering groceries and we can provide the information to do so!

If you’re expecting guests during your stay, please notify your host in advance so they can be added to the entry list at the main gate.

The Beach Club is a fantastic option for a day out, offering food, drinks, and beachfront relaxation. A non-consumable entry fee of $5 per person, per day applies for rental guests.
