We offer two beautifully appointed luxury villas in the private, gated community of Pacific Residences, located in the town of Villareal – Just a short 5 minute drive to the beachside paradise of Tamarindo and at the crossroads to numerous other famous beaches such as Playa Avellanas, Playa Langosta, Playa Grande, Playa Conchal, Playa Flamingo, and the national park of Marino Las Baulas.

Each villa is available for rent individually, or rent both, for larger families and groups as Casa Bosque and Casa Plumeria are situated across from each other.

We are pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry loved ones (cleaning deposit required)!

Free onsite parking, daily housekeeping, and VIP access to Langosta Beach Club are included in your rental rate. Additional services such as cooking, grocery shopping, airport transfers, COVID testing appointments, or other concierge services are available upon request.

We work with trusted local providers and tour operators and can help arrange activities during your stay with us.

About Us

Welcome to Iguana Vacation Rentals of Tamarindo, Costa Rica! We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful homes.
Erik (from San Francisco, USA) and Dominique (from French side of Switzerland) and our 4 dogs (Henri, Georgie, Scooby and Charlie) have lived around the world, in the United States, Europe, Asia, and now Latin America. We have been happily married for 21 years and moved to Costa Rica in 2020.
Our staff, Leidy & Rosa, who come from Limon, Costa Rica, are part of our family and will be happy to assist you with your housekeeping needs.

Between the lot of us, we speak English, Spanish, French, German, and a little Italian! Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have regarding our properties, and we will be happy to assist with your reservation!
