Casa Bosque (“forest house”) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, luxury villa, filled with local Costa Rican artisanal décor. On the upper floor there is 1 king bedroom/master suite with a large rain shower, double sinks, a walk in closet, and full size sofa bed.
On the ground floor you will find 2 queen size bedrooms with a shared “Jack & Jill” bathroom and large rain shower. Along with the bedrooms are the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, and laundry room.
From the ground floor you can access the outside to the pool, covered patio dining area (with a Weber BBQ gas grill), and lush tropical garden.
The property backs-up to a local farm with mature trees and next to the private park of the Pacific Residences community. A large Guanacaste tree is located there, where a family of howler monkeys like to take residence!
This property was our first home in Costa Rica and a total labor of love! We hope you will love this property as much as we do and enjoy poolside drinks and BBQ while admiring the abundance of local wildlife.

Erik and Dominique are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met! They are friendly fun people and their rental house is absolutely beautiful! There is so much to do here and they know how to show you a good time. If you have a chance this is definitely where you want to stay when going to the most beautiful country of Costa Rica!
Words can not describe how happy me and my friends were with this beautiful house and the amazing hosts Erik and Dominique.
We were 6 girls renting this well-equipped house with pool and amazing facilities. Since we wanted food to be ordered to our home, Erik, the host, even created an account for home delivery that we could use and made sure all the groceries were delivered to the house. He answered really fast when we had any questions and was helpful. The villa is located in a gated, safe area with amazing wildlife and has a pool with a perfect cooling temperature. The house has a warm, family friendly feeling but feels luxury at the same time. We loved our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

We were a group of six friends who stayed for ten days in Casa Bosque, and we could not have wished for a better stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and a little more! We spent our days by the pool and had cozy BBQ dinners at night. We were also able to enjoy the wild life of Costa Rica since we had visits from both iguanas, various birds and monkeys.
Erik and Dominique were wonderful hosts and were always just a text away if we needed anything or had any questions. They were very helpful in assisting with any kind of services, such as transportation, arranging for home delivery from the grocery store, tips on restaurants etc.
We are more than happy with our stay and would recommend this, or any other residence where Erik and Dominque are hosts, for anyone looking for a lovely stay!
I was in search of a villa to accommodate me plus 8 of my friends so we could all stay together while in Costa Rica for BPM festival. I came across Erik and Dominique’s villa the week before leaving for Costa Rica. The photos of their villa on air bnb were so beautiful I wasn’t actually sure if it would look the same when we showed up. As soon as we arrived to their villa and opened the door we were all so happy to be there. It was exactly as they said it would be on the listing on air bnb. The villa is a perfect size for a group of 7-9 people and has everything you could ever need! BPM ended up getting cancelled so having a beautiful air bnb to hang out at some days really helped our situation.
When we first arrived they had a bottle of wine with some fruit on the counter for us which was such a nice extra touch to our stay. The decor throughout the entire villa is so beautiful as well which we all really enjoyed the entire stay. Although the inside of the villa is extremely cozy, the backyard might’ve been my favourite part. There is a massive hammock, 2 smaller hanging hammocks, a BBQ and a sink with a big table so everyone can sit around and hang out. I think my favourite part was the pool and the comfy lounge chairs. It has the perfect relaxed vibe set up to really let you enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Not to mention the entire backyard is covered in beautiful plants and flowers. This truly was the most amazing air bnb I have ever stayed in! Every morning we had a maid come to clean up and cook us breakfast which was the ultimate bonus to this air bnb. Rosa was our maid and she did an incredible job every single day and we appreciate her so much for everything she did for us! The villa had everything you could ever need. They provide you with regular towels, beach towels, all cookware you will ever need, every kitchen appliance, smart TV, laundry, and more. On top of all of this, Erik and dominque were extremely helpful with any questions we had or problems we had and were always able to help us. They were always so quick to respond to every message I had to them as well which I appreciate so much. They went above and beyond for our entire stay and provided us with everything we needed. Erik and Dominique also showed us a back road to get into the centre of Tamarindo to avoid the busy main street during rush hour. Another added bonus was the hookup Erik and Dominique had with Playa Langosta Beach Club for the duration of our stay. You could go any day you wanted to and it was covered by them.

We had the best time during our month long stay at Dom+ Erik’s beautiful home. They went above and beyond all of our requests. We loved the style of the home, the amenities (beach club, and someone that helped clean + cook daily). We also felt extremely safe with our four children under four. It was a bonus that there was a little park in the neighborhood for the kids. We wish we could stay there for the rest of our trip! It truly doesn’t get better!
Simply an awesome house, location and host! I cannot think of a better place to stay, they made us feel like we were visiting friends and family vs an unknown county for the first time. Safe, clean and simply first class. Normally have constructive feedback but nothing but a huge thank you for everything you get with this villa. Erik and his wife helped us find a great deep sea fishing guide, reserved cabanas at their beach club, recommended restaurants and everything else we could possibly ask; plus they provided 4 hours of there personal house keeper who was simple an amazing person who cleaned, did laundry, shopped, cooked breakfast and was just a joy to be with. The house was amazing, spotless and spacious with covered parking so you never got wet when going to and from the car. Monkeys howling outside the gate and a resident iguana out front on guard we would roll the car window down to say hi too in the street when arriving and leaving. Glad we did not stay in the main area of Tamarindo because we were in a safe and quiet spot just a few minutes away from the the main town and being outside the hustle and bustle is s good thing. Coming to Costa Rica for the first time with my wife and 2 teen kids I could not think of a better experience than Erik provided. 100% recommend staying here or in his other house across the street and will be returning the next chance we get. Not sure we could have said this if we had stayed anywhere else. They set the bar high for the rest of our vacation here and have a feeling this will be the highlight for sure. I can’t say enough about Casa Bosque. The house is tremendous. It has all you need and more. The location is great as it’s out of the way for privacy and quiet but within 10 minutes you can be enjoying all of Tamarindo. The fact that you are able to go to the beach resort and also have a house keeper are so very nice. We had a great time with Rosa and she cooked us wonderful breakfasts and it is a pleasure getting to know her. Eric and Dominique we just so wonderful at providing suggestions and answering questions about what to do and how to do it! They went above and beyond without being pushy feeling like they were forcing something on us. At even questions they provided us with options and left the decisions up to us. If you look in our profile we have been to a number of places around the world. Our stay at Casa Bosque and the interactions with Eric, Dominique and Rosa make this one of our favorite.

My first trip to Costa Rica and what an amazing place to stay while we were here! Casa Bosque felt like our very own oasis in the forest/jungle! You could hear the beautiful songs of the different birds, the howler monkeys and even a resident iguana stopped by to check us out while enjoying the pool.
Rosa was absolutely wonderful to be around! She made breakfast a few mornings for us and that was such a special treat! She’s so polite and very kind. She even taught me a few words and phrases in Spanish.
This place exceeded all expectations and couldn’t ask for better accommodations! Highly recommend this for couples, families, and friends. You won’t be disappointed!
